Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated

Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer

to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure and energy projects while learning from experienced professionals. The successful candidate will assist in the design, analysis, and delivery of civil and structural components of complex projects.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting and grow within a progressive and supportive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and analysis of civil and structural elements for substations, energy facilities, and industrial buildings.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
Support site layout planning, foundation design, structural steel detailing, and drainage designs.
Perform load calculations, structural analysis, and modeling using relevant software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Revit).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including electrical, mechanical, and project management personnel.
Conduct site visits and inspections to support construction and design validation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health & safety policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or in the final year of study).
Strong interest in structural analysis, infrastructure design, and construction methods.
Familiarity with CAD and structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Revit, Civil 3D).
Good understanding of Eurocodes, British Standards, or equivalent.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to complex engineering projects.
