Job Description

Structural Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design structural layouts and components for prefab and modular buildings
  • Design and analyse steel structures for

    PEB buildings, prefab cabins, modular units, trusses, frames, and steel components

  • Perform load analysis, stress calculations, and stability checks
  • Prepare detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or Staad Pro & latest design tools.
  • Coordinate with production, erection, and project teams for design implementation
  • Coordinate with architects and site engineers to ensure feasibility
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and quality standards
  • Revise designs based on client feedback and site conditions

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in structural design (preferably prefab/construction)
  • Proficient in developing structural designs of high rise prefab buildings
  • Proficient in load analysis and evaluation
  • In depth knowledge of prefab design and drawings with proactive approach towards design optimisation
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Staad Pro, and structural analysis tools
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes and structural safety norms
  • Proficiency in email, presentations and diligent in book keeping
