Key Responsibilities: Design structural layouts and components for prefab and modular buildings Design and analyse steel structures for PEB buildings, prefab cabins, modular units, trusses, frames, and steel components Perform load analysis, stress calculations, and stability checks Prepare detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or Staad Pro & latest design tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop interior design concepts and layouts for prefab cabins, modular offices, and portable structures. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, renderings, and detailed interior plans . Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures suitable for prefab interiors. Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and site teams for design feasibility. Develop cabin interior concepts as per client requirements and project specifications Prepare BOQs, specifications, design documents, and client presentations.
