Job Summary: The Executive Supply Chain will be responsible for managing government portal orders, coordinating deliveries, handling billing and documentation, maintaining claim records, and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Order Management Check and process supply orders Update delivery details and maintain dispatch/order records Sales & Purchase Documentation Generate and process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) Place orders as per defined protocols Stock Monitoring & Reporting Regularly follow up on stock and share updates with relevant teams Billing & Invoicing Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and compile bill sets for payments Handle billing/purchase for all Army, Government Institutions, Wholesale, and Corporate clients . Claims Handling Maintain and submit claim records, and follow up for settlements Documentation & Correspondence Draft letters and maintain official records as per SOP's. Required Skills & Qualifications: B. Pharma or D. Pharma educational background is mandatory. 3-8 years of experience in supply chain, order processing, or pharma operations. Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
