Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Government and Institutional Business role located in Khandwa. The role involves managing relationships with government bodies and public sector institutions, ensuring smooth collaboration to provide financial and banking solutions tailored to their needs. Candidates will be expected to develop and maintain a strong network within government and institutional segments, coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver services, and analyze relevant policy changes to identify new business opportunities. The position also requires ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Government Relations and working knowledge of Local Government operations.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities, policy changes, and institutional needs.
• Experience in engaging with the Public Sector and an understanding of its dynamics.
• Proficiency in regional languages and local market knowledge is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in government or institutional banking is an advantage.
