Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the Basics of DNS, Email workflows, SMTP settings & MDM solutions.
  • Experience in supporting the Google Workspace users, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Docs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Google Workspace issues.
  • Educate and train users on Google Work-space features and functionality.
  • Develop and implement Google Workspace solutions for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Workspace features and developments.
  • Work with other IT team members to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Work-space products and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to more experienced engineers or Google support teams.

Mandatory Checks:

  • Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred
  • Candidate should be willing to join in C2H model and then convert to direct payroll after BGV clearance
  • Candidate should have 12+3 years of regular education
