Now scaling aggressively, we're looking for a performance-driven Meta Media Buyer to help us accelerate growth. What We’re Looking For: We're seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer who understands performance marketing deeply and knows how to scale a D2C brand with sharp targeting, creative testing, and intelligent bid strategies. If you're data-obsessed, creative with copy and landing pages, and have hands-on experience with conversion-optimized campaigns — we want you. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation A/B test creatives, headlines, and landing pages for best performance Monitor budgets and ROAS on a daily/weekly basis Coordinate with the content team for ad creatives and landing pages Use data and tools like GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to draw performance insights Stay updated with Google Ads policies and new beta features Requirements: 2–5 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads for e-commerce or D2C brandsDeep understanding of Google’s auction and Quality Score mechanics Proven track record of achieving or exceeding ROAS targets Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Merchant Center, Tag Manager, and Conversion API Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data dashboards Bonus: Experience with other PPC platforms (Bing, Amazon Ads, etc.) Why Join Scrubsy?
