Experience: 4-6 years Strong grasp of overall AdTech space (Ad serving, media planning and buying, tag management, Optimization, analytics, and reporting) Hands on experience in online advertising whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, Technology Company, or end-advertiser Improve service delivery capabilities and team’s skills set via training program. Should be able to create customized training plans for New Hires (fresher’s & experienced) and existing resources.
