Job Description

Lead and guide the digital marketing team to ensure quality in the work and assignments, and effective client service. Develop and present a detailed and convincing digital marketing plan and proposal to prospective clients and thereby ensuring business for the organisation. Ensure proper client relationship is maintained through frequent and continuous communication. Plan and guide the team to execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn . Spearhead and Ensure Lead SEO efforts, including on-page optimisation, keyword research, link building, and technical SEO audits. Develop and manage social media strategy and organic growth on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Develop and guide the team to implement effective email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc Ensure the team is conducting A/B testing , conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and performance tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager , and Google Search Console and proper reports are shared. Develop and present detailed marketing plans, campaign reports, and ROI metrics to clients and internal stakeholders. Guide, support and coordinate with the design and development teams for campaign creatives, landing pages, and UI/UX improvements. Ensure lead generation and improvements in Cost per Click (CPC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by continuous evaluation of the campaigns and activities. Ensure to build up a learning environment by continuous update of the latest trends and algorithm changes across digital platforms and introduce new tools and knowledge to team members. Special focus on skill development and new technology, and tools upgradation. Ensure that processes and procedures as per the defined SOPs are followed by the entire team without any deviation, and also ensure the required documentation and use of work management tools used by the organisation Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Graduation or Diploma or Valid Certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications , or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms . Experience in managing WordPress, Shopify , or other CMS platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills ; confident in explaining marketing concepts and reports. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting . Ability to manage and guide a team and ensure productivity and quality. Must own a two-wheeler for local travel/client meetings.
