Job Description

  • Skill:- Google DialogFlow (GDF) Experience:- 3 Years to 12 Years Level of Hire:- A & SA & M Location:- Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Coimbatore, Noida, Mumbai, Kolkata
Experience building call center / collaboration / telephony platforms in a Cloud or On-Premises environmentHands on Experience building Bots using Google DF Platform and integrate with Genesys PureCloud or any IVR systemExperience using Google DF and REST API for building the BotsWorking Experience in Google dialog workflows for interaction and routingDevelopment experience in Java, node.js would be must for IntegrationExperience in integrating to Core platforms for Self-services in IVR, Bot etc., by developing REST API's using Node JSKnowledge in Contact center technologies (including CRM and WFM) would be an added advantageExperience in DevOps deployment pipes in MS Azure or AWS, would be must for this roleExperience in Agile frameworks, story boards, projects would be an added advantageKnowledge on various components of Google CCAI.
