About the Role:

Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Track performance metrics and create actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages
• Work with the design/content team to refine messaging and visuals
• Stay up to date with platform updates and digital marketing trends

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital ads
• Strong understanding of Meta and Google Ads platforms
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools
• Comfortable working onsite in Panchkula
