About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a strong background in lead generation and eCommerce advertising. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency and managing international projects across multiple industries. You will be responsible for driving ROI through strategic campaign management across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation and eCommerce sales targets.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for both domestic and international markets.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
• Improve CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and CPC through continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and compliance policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Must have worked with a digital marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience in handling international projects.
• Strong expertise in Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Delhi-based candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
