What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategize and execute high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube
• Plan and allocate media budgets, ensuring optimal ROAS and CPA
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to build impactful ad creatives
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes

You’re a Perfect Fit If You

✔️ Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in media planning/buying

✔️ Know your way around Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads

✔️ Love performance numbers just as much as creative strategy

✔️ Have worked with both e-commerce & service brands (bonus!)

✔️ Are proactive, analytical, and a self-starter
