As an SEM Manager at Media NV, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google and Bing. Your role will involve conducting detailed keyword research, monitoring campaign performance metrics, creating engaging ad copy, and testing landing pages for optimal results. Additionally, you will manage budgets, analyze competitors, and stay abreast of SEM trends to drive strategic decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including SEO, analytics, content, design, and finance will be key to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness. You will be required to deliver regular strategy updates and performance reports to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, as well as experience with PPC automation and bid management tools like Marin and Kenshoo. An analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
