Google Ads Executive (PPC Specialist)Location: Remote / Work from HomeJob Type: Full-TimeStarting Salary: ?10,000 per month(Will increase to ?15,000/month after successful completion of the 3-month probation period based on performance.)

About the Role:We're looking for a Google Ads Executive who understands how to create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns that drive real business results. You'll be responsible for planning and executing PPC campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring our clients get high ROI from their ad spend.This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, analytical, and genuinely passionate about digital marketing and performance advertising.Key Responsibilities:Plan, set up, and manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads campaigns.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.Optimize campaigns for CTR, conversions, and cost efficiency.Create compelling ad copies and landing page briefs.Track daily budgets and performance metrics in Google Ads & Analytics.Generate weekly performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions.Collaborate with design and strategy teams to refine ad creatives.Required Skills:Strong understanding of Google Ads, keyword bidding, and Quality Score.Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager & Google Analytics.Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and A/B testing.Good communication and reporting skills.Ability to think strategically and execute under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads Certification (Search / Display / Video) is a plus.Experience managing budgets of ?10,000+ per campaign per month.Previous agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
