Google Ads Expert / Performance Marketing Manager
Location: T-Hub, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday (On-site)

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to handle our Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO activities for Lux Hospitals. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive high-quality leads for our services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for maximum ROI
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports
• Coordinate with the team for ad creatives & landing page optimization
• Basic SEO knowledge to support overall digital strategy

Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, GTM)
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
