Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer located in Madurai. The Gold Loan Officer will manage and facilitate gold loan services, including interacting with customers, assessing gold items for valuation, explaining gold loan products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, managing loan disbursements and repayments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving gold loan business growth.

Qualifications

Experience in gold appraisal, financial services, or related fields
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage records and loan documentation processes
Understanding of banking operations and compliance requirements
Analytical skills for evaluating gold quality and loan assessments
Teamwork, organisational skills, and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data management tools
Prior experience in a banking or non-banking financial institution is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; finance or business-related field preferred
