Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer walk-ins and explain gold loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms. Verify, appraise, and document pledged gold ornaments with accuracy. Ensure safe handling and storage of pledged gold. Process loan applications, disbursements, renewals, and closures. Maintain accurate records in system and physical registers. Follow KYC norms, company policies, and compliance guidelines. Generate business through customer relationship management and local marketing. Support branch team in achieving monthly loan disbursement targets. Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. Requirements: Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Commerce or related field preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year – 5 years in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC sector preferred. Basic knowledge of financial products and gold valuation (training will be provided). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honesty, responsibility, and customer-first attitude. Ability to work with MS Office / loan management software. Salary & Benefits:Salary: Competitive (based on experience). Incentives: Performance-based.
