Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of branch activities. Manage cash handling, account reconciliation, and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support sales and customer service teams in achieving branch targets. Prepare and maintain operational reports for management review. Handle queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor stock/inventory (if applicable) and assist in audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / related field. 0 – 5 years of experience in branch operations, customer service, or administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and operational software. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Ensure safe handling and storage of pledged gold. Process loan applications, disbursements, renewals, and closures. Maintain accurate records in system and physical registers. Follow KYC norms, company policies, and compliance guidelines. Generate business through customer relationship management and local marketing. Support branch team in achieving monthly loan disbursement targets. Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. Requirements: Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Commerce or related field preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year – 5 years in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC sector preferred. Basic knowledge of financial products and gold valuation (training will be provided). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honesty, responsibility, and customer-first attitude.
