Job Description

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (DST) – Gold Loan  Location: Multiple  Department: Sales  Reports To: Sales Manager  Key Responsibilities  • Generate daily leads and source gold loan business from the open market.  • Conduct field visits, interact with customers, and explain product offerings.  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently.  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat and referral  business.  • Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines during  sourcing.  • Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.  Requirements  • Graduate / 12th pass with relevant field sales experience.  • 1–3 years of experience in DST sales / BFSI sector / loan products (gold loan  preferred).  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.  • Strong communication, convincing, and customer relationship skills.  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and ready to work in a competitive market.  What We Offer  • Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.   • Career growth opportunities in financial services.  • Training and on-field support for faster ramp-up.
