Senior Golang Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  high-quality, fault-tolerant APIs and CLIs

  in Golang.
• Develop, configure, and manage

  Kubernetes deployments

  using

  HELM charts

  .
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and resilience.
  
• Implement best practices for API design, including security, performance, and versioning.
  
• Integrate APIs with backend services, databases, and third-party systems.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems for performance and reliability.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and ensure code quality through reviews.
  
• Stay updated with emerging trends in Go, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory:

  Strong Golang development experience (8+ years in total, with substantial recent Go expertise).
• Proven experience in

  Kubernetes deployment management

  using

  HELM charts

  .
• Solid experience in building

  RESTful APIs and CLI tools

  with fault tolerance.
• Understanding of

  microservices architecture

  and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with

  containerization (Docker)

  and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong knowledge of API security, authentication, and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT).
  
• Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases.
  
• Experience with

  monitoring, logging, and alerting tools

  (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in

  service mesh

  (Istio, Linkerd) environments.
• Familiarity with

  event-driven architectures

  and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Contributions to open-source Golang projects.
