Set up GoHighLevel CRM for dental lead capture, pipeline tracking, patient journeys, and reactivation campaigns
Create smart automations for WhatsApp, SMS, and email follow-ups (WhatsApp API/DoubleTick)
Build high-converting funnels, landing pages, and booking forms for dental services
Design automation workflows for appointment reminders, feedback, missed call follow-ups, and lead nurturing
Integrate GHL with Google Sheets, ads, Facebook forms, calendars, and third-party tools
Train staff and create SOPs for smooth usage of the CRM system
Track performance with real-time dashboards, analytics, and reporting
Run A/B tests on campaign flows, message formats, and conversion rates
Requirements:
1–3+ years hands-on.
Expertise in creating pipelines, workflows, landing pages, automations.
Working knowledge of Zapier, Pabbly, webhooks.
Basic understanding of dental/clinic patient journeys
Fluent in English communication, documentation, and client training
Experience working with Indian WhatsApp APIs is a big plus
