Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Design and deploy AI and automation workflows to optimize GTM processes across the lead-to-deal funnel. - Build smart systems for lead generation, enrichment, and sales enablement. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and engagement strategies with customer needs. - Launch, test, and iterate digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth. - Analyze GTM performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Background in Engineering or Technical disciplines, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Passion for GTM engineering, AI-driven automation, and digital media. - Ability to build and experiment with new tools and systems that enhance go-to-market performance. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams. - (Preferred but not required) 1-3 years of experience in growth, GTM, or marketing operations within a SaaS or tech environment.,
