  • ideally in Life Sciences industry

  • Life Sciences industry knowledge & experience in emerging & developed markets

  • Must have skills:-

  • Experience in Pharma

  • Experience in Life science R&D/Commercial/Market access

  • Experience in Digital transformation/Roadmap

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Life Sciences industry, including emerging trends, challenges, & opportunities. They will have a proven track record of developing & executing successful strategies for Life Sciences companies. The candidate will work with our clients to identify their strategic goals & develop comprehensive plans to achieve them. Key skills that will enable this include:

  • Strategy consulting experience in Corporate Strategy/Restructuring, Growth Strategy, Market Entry Strategy, Operating Model Strategy, Business & Financial Model Development, Value & Investment Case Design, Strategic Cost Reduction & Productivity Reinvention, Digital Business, AI Strategy, M&A

  • Business / Life Sciences Industry experience in general management in Life Sciences organizations with background in strategy / product development / sales / marketing / supply chain / manufacturing or R&D.

  • Enable & grow strategy capability with practitioners through upskilling agenda, key metrics management & develop next generation leaders

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills with an aptitude for compelling storytelling. Cross cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct
    market research & analysis to identify trends & opportunities in the life sciences industry. Analyse clients business, market, competitors and make appropriate inferences. Also, interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues.


  • Work with clients to identify their strategic goals & develop comprehensive plans to achieve them.

  • Work with consultants and co-create strategies to address the challenges facing life sciences companies, including competition, regulatory issues, market launch & technological advancements.

  • Provide solutions for complex client problems while following the fundamentals of issue-based problem-solving.
  • Identify
    strategic cost take-out opportunities & drive business transformation.

  • Shape the operating model with an understanding of challenges in data maturity in Life Sciences companies & help conduct
    feasibility studies to evaluate new business opportunities, including mergers & acquisitions.

  • Act as a true client partner to architect future proof
    operating models embracing future of work, workforce & workplace powered by transformational technology, ecosystems & analytics.

  • Actively contribute to the
    data synthesis process, solution design & creation of actionable insights, implications, & recommendations to address client's business issues in the areas of launch-to-market, sales optimization, revenue management, incentive management etc.
  • Work with our ecosystem partners, help clients reach their
    sustainability goals through
    digital transformation.

  • Provide industry expertise in various sub-segments of the Life Sciences Industry

  • Develop & execute strategies to address the challenges facing Life Sciences companies, in areas of patient services, product development, R&D, commercial, medical.
  • Prepare & deliver presentations to clients to communicate strategic plans & recommendations.
  • Support
    practice workstreams & help build the practice.

  • Monitor Life Sciences industry trends & keep clients informed of potential opportunities & threats.
  • Participate in the development of
    proposal responses,
    thought leadership content, including white papers & presentations, on Life Sciences industry topics.
