Summary: We are looking for an SAP FICO & PS Consultant with 9+ years of S4 HANA experience including 2 years or more implementation experience, High-tech industry experience will have additional weightage. The candidate should possess analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to assist our clients in achieving growth and transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a part of the Digital Core & Enterprise Transformation team, you will be expected to support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineeringAssist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP FICO & PS landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycleProblem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues on timeEffective presentation and communication skillsServe as an SAP FICO & PS functional consultant and assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requestsEngage with clients to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectivesDevelop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offeringsSupport our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformationsOversee ERP integrations, and assist in developing proof of concepts as requiredStrong analytical skills for clarity and data insights
Professional & Technical
Skills:
Must have skills:Proficiency in SAP FICO & PS. Strong understanding of SAP FICO & PS concepts and principles.Advise clients on the SAP PS & FICO processes based on leading industry practicesCollaborate with client teams, including order management team, procurement and operations team, to ensure seamless execution.Strong knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities and submodules like General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and controlling submodules like Profit center accounting, cost center accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product costing.Also, Strong knowledge of SAP PS functionalities like project structuring, planning, budgeting, monitoring, and closing.Key responsibilities include project planning, cost and revenue management, resource allocation, and integration with other SAP modules.Design solutions to implement Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, Project Planning, Budgeting, Costing, and Settlements.Additionally, knowledge of Project structuring, Execution, monitoring & controlling, integration and reporting is required.Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.Support data migration, integration, and testing activities to ensure seamless solution deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and IT to ensure holistic solution delivery.Provide training and support for business users.Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics.
