Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and AI products in alignment with business objectives and customer (e.g., clinicians, payers, public health leaders) needs.
Healthcare Domain Expertise:
Apply a deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems (payer, provider, public health models) to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions such as clinical decision support, claims management, and patient engagement.
Data and AI Solution Design:
Translate business requirements into AI solution blueprints and functional specifications, working closely with data scientists, data engineers, and technical teams to design and implement AI/ML pipelines.
Project Management & Execution:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and experimentation (e.g., proof-of-concepts, MVPs) to deployment and post-launch optimization, ensuring timely delivery and managing resources and budgets effectively.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the liaison between technical teams and senior business stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear, value-driven narratives to ensure cross-functional alignment and buy-in.
Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure all AI products comply with stringent healthcare regulations and privacy standards, such as HIPAA, and address ethical considerations including bias, fairness, security, and explainability (Responsible AI frameworks).
Performance Monitoring and Analytics:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, gather user feedback, and use data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
Market and User Research:
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to understand customer pain points and market trends, ensuring products meet real user needs and deliver quantifiable business value.
