Job Title - GenAI + Senior Manager/ S&C GN/Software & Platforms
Management Level :06 Senior Manager
Location:Bangalore/ Gurgaon / Hyderabad
Experience:

Minimum 10 + year(s) of professional experience with at least 4-6 years in Data/AI/GenAI consulting

Demonstrated leadership in delivering AI/ML solutions across the lifecycle (strategy to implementation)

Experience working with large technology firms, consultancies, or hyperscalers is highly preferred

Prior experience mentoring and growing high-performing consulting teams

Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Manager / Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing AI/GenAI capabilities within the Software & Platform industry group. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business transformation through artificial intelligence, with a strong foundation in Generative AI technologies and a strategic consulting mindset. In this role, you will lead high-impact engagements, shape AI strategies for clients, and contribute to thought leadership in one of the most dynamic areas of innovation. This is a unique opportunity to influence AI adoption across global tech enterprises and help build future-ready capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements to design, develop, and implement AI/ML and GenAI strategies

Define business cases, transformation roadmaps, and target operating models

Advise CXOs and senior executives on leveraging AI for innovation and efficiency

Architect scalable GenAI solutions and oversee their development and integration

Stay ahead of AI/GenAI trends and translate them into actionable consulting offerings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and industry experts

Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses

Mentor junior team members and build capability within the Data & AI practice

Represent the firm at industry forums and contribute to whitepapers and PoVs

Must have skills:

Proven expertise in Data & AI strategy, architecture, and implementation

Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, LLMs, diffusion models)

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI solutions into tangible business value

Track record of managing complex client engagements end-to-end

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with focus on AI/ML services

Deep knowledge of data governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (C-level and technical teams)

Strong project leadership and team management capabilities

Good to have skills:

Experience in AI product development or building proprietary AI assets/IP

Familiarity with MLOps and scalable deployment of AI models

Prior experience in technology consulting or advisory roles

Understanding of industry-specific AI use cases in software, hardware, or platforms

Certifications in cloud or AI/ML technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer)
