Job Title:SAP Solution Architect – Senior Manager – S&C GN
Management Level:06 – Senior Manager
Location:Bangalore/Gurgaon/Mumbai
Must-Have Skills:SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP/PM, SAP Integration (PI/PO, CPI)
Good-to-Have Skills:SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP EHS
Experience:Minimum 14 years, with 5+ years in SAP architecture roles

Educational Qualification:B. Tech/BE in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

Summary
As a Senior Manager – SAP Solution Architect, you will support SAP transformation programs for industrial clients, focusing on manufacturing, operations, and supply chain optimization. You'll design scalable SAP solutions aligned with business and digital strategy.Roles & Responsibilities

Architect SAP solutions across PP, PM, MM, and EHS modules

Support SAP-to-cloud migration and hybrid deployment strategies.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to define solution roadmaps.

Ensure compliance with SAP coding and integration standards.

Mentor SAP consultants and contribute to delivery excellence.

Professional/Technical Skills

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and integration tools (PI/PO, CPI, BTP)

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations

Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, EHS, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills

Additional Information

Location:Bangalore, Gurgaon, or Mumbai

Industrial domain experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required.
