GM/VP- Design & Development

As a Design & Development Engineering leader with minimum 15+ years of experience in Transformer or Instrument Transformer industry, you will play a crucial role in driving technology strategy, product development, and operational excellence for our client in Electrical Equipment's Manufacturing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement processes, systems, and policies for product design, development, and technical services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvements. - Define protocols for new product development and enhancements for operational efficiency. - Establish systems for timely inputs to Operations and Quality teams. - Lead performance improvement and new technology adoption initiatives. - Build quality control and assurance systems and support marketing with technical presentations. - Manage team and project budgets for optimal resource utilization. - Foster team collaboration and continuous improvement. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 15+ years experience in Design & Development Engineering leadership roles in Transformer or Instrument Transformer industry. - Must have experience in FEA & OIP bushing. - Preferably from Power - Distribution Transformers / Bushings / Instrument Transformers Manufacturing Industries. - Experience in HV range of 132 KV and above.
