As a GMO Data Analytics and MI - Architecture Lead, you will be responsible for client service and operational execution tasks. You must ensure control of risk and enhance controls within your job scope as per regulations. Your role will involve following well-defined procedures, applying judgment based on practice and experience. To excel in this position, you should have previous experience in: - Managing and delivering business reporting functions, including detailed data analytics and designing reports - Using and integrating Business Intelligence Tools (Alteryx, Tableau, SAP BO, POWER BI) with data management platforms like SQL, AWS Redshift, MongoDB - Knowledge of Banking, specifically Markets products/processes - Data Architecture and Strategy - Building relationships with BTB and RTB teams, as well as vendors for database services and business intelligence tools - Managing expectations and proposing solutions to team problems You may be evaluated on essential skills such as risk and controls, change management, business acumen, strategic thinking, and technical skills. This role is based in Chennai. Purpose of the role: To implement data quality processes, ensure data reliability, extract actionable insights, and help optimize resources for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate and analyze data quality issues, lineage, controls, and source identification - Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks for analysis - Design and build data pipelines for automation - Apply advanced analytical techniques like machine learning and AI - Document data quality findings and improvement recommendations As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise on decision-making, contribute to policy development, and ensure operational efficiency. You will lead a team, set objectives, coach employees, and collaborate with other functions.
