GM/DGM Planning and Architecture

Your role as a Project Architect will involve the following responsibilities: - Liaising with architects and local statutory bodies to finalize design and coordinate with the project construction team. - Providing inputs for construction drawings and coordinating site-related issues with the principal architect. - Taking a leading role in finishing items and preparing and executing detailing at the site. - Preparing GFC drawings and drawings for final statutory approval. - Implementing Urban Planning & Architecture Sustainable Design principles. - Developing Climate-Resilient Strategies and Strategic Planning & Execution. - Demonstrating Project Management & Leadership skills. - Assessing Design Feasibility and evaluating Innovative Design Solutions. - Contributing to Conceptual Design Development and Urban Regeneration Environmental Planning Design. - Ensuring Standards Compliance and effective Stakeholder Management. - Building and leading teams while promoting Cross-Functional Collaboration.
