GM/DGM Planning and Architecture

Role Overview: You will be responsible for liaising with architects and local statutory bodies to finalize designs and coordinate with the project construction team. Your role will involve preparing inputs for construction drawings, addressing site-related issues, and leading finishing tasks. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of GFC drawings and drawings for final statutory approval. Your expertise in Urban Planning & Architecture Sustainable Design, Climate-Resilient Strategies, Strategic Planning & Execution, and Project Management & Leadership will be crucial for the success of the projects. You will also contribute to Design Feasibility Evaluation, Innovative Design Solutions, Conceptual Design Development, Urban Regeneration Environmental Planning Design, Standards Compliance, and Stakeholder Management. Your ability to build and lead teams, as well as collaborate across functions, will be key in this role.
