We are seeking an experienced and dynamic GM/AVP/VP Sales & Leasing to lead and
drive business growth in the Commercial Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for developing and executing sales & leasing strategies, managing clientrelationships, and overseeing the end-to-end leasing and sales process. This role demandsa strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in closing high-value real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for commercial property sales andleasing. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growthtargets. Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring highconversion rates. Build and maintain a strong network of clients, brokers, and industry contacts.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, tenants, andinvestors. Understand client requirements and provide tailored commercial real estatesolutions. Conduct property tours and presentations to potential clients.
3. Leasing Management:
Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including tenant acquisition,documentation, and contract negotiation. Ensure timely execution of lease agreements and adherence to legal and regulatorystandards. Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review leasing contracts.
4. Market Research &Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, rental rates, and propertyvalues. Provide insights on competitive pricing strategies and market positioning. Prepare and present regular market reports and forecasts.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and leasing associates. Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, legal) to streamlineoperations. Ensure alignment with company goals and adherence to organizational standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities. In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and leasingprocesses. Ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, ora related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial property transactions. Strong industry network and connections. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
