Job Description

As a Channel Marketing Manager, you play a pivotal role in defining and executing channel transformation strategies across the principal distribution channel of the organization. This role provides exposure to various business units, offering deep learning across different Go-To-Market strategies and segments. It requires a blend of strategy and execution with rich exposure to areas such as GTM's, Program Management, Strategy, Execution, Legal, Compliance, Policy Formulation, short-term tactical approaches, and long-term strategic directions. You will have a highly visible role that involves close interaction with teams such as Sales, Offer, Finance, Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Credit, and Logistics teams nationwide. Key responsibilities include: - Developing Marketing Strategies: * Creating and implementing channel-specific marketing plans and strategies. * Coordinating with various departments to optimize channel performance. - Market Research and Analysis: * Researching market trends and competitors to develop short-term tactical programs and long-term strategic directions. * Analyzing data to recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies. - Collaboration and Coordination: * Working closely with various teams to ensure the delivery of desired KPIs. * Maintaining relationships with key channel partners and supporting business enhancement. - Campaign Management: * Designing and executing promotional events and programs for channel partners. * Overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Budget and ROI Tracking: * Monitoring channel marketing budgets and tracking return on investment (ROI). * Forecasting and reporting on channel sales. - Training and Development: * Developing and implementing training programs for channel partners. Qualifications: - Skills and Qualifications Required: * Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and trends, proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Power Point. * Program Management: Strong organizational and program management skills. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders. * Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop effective marketing campaigns. * Knowledge of various GTM's and transformation programs would be an added advantage. * MBA.
