Role: GM/ Head of Marketing & Communication Exp 15-20 Years Job Location- Gurgaon Domain/ Industry - Real Estate Developments Role & responsibilities End to End Marketing, Business Communication and Public Relations Planning Execution of all ATL Digital- BTL-Events Mediums like print, OOH, Radio, Digital, Events processes Agency Coordination for Campaign Ideations & Executions across platforms. Collaterals Development in coordination with the agency and internal stakeholders Media & Budget Planning, Monitoring & Optimization along with Cost Benefit Analysis High on energy with quick turnaround time for new product launch & campaigns Increase Corporate Brand value of Group in the market Leverage the Corporate Brand in-order to increase profitability of ongoing Projects / Investments Ensure optimum selection of Media Mix for Effective brand related Publicity and Advertisement [ATL, BTL, Online / Digital Marketing ] Prepare annual branding and communication budget and costs framework in line with the corporate goals Design and implement Event & Promotion Campaigns Develop a credible brand image in the mind of the customer Develop various channels to reach the targeted customer segment Develop and deliver corporate brand related communication for internal and external stakeholders. Develop brand related advertisement and communication merchandise for use by internal customers Preferred candidate profile: Shall have 12+Years of Exp preferably with Media/ Real Estate / Infrastructure Developments Media presence & Corporate Brand valuation Cost of Marketing and Branding interventions Adherence to marketing and branding budget Strategic tie-ups and preferred partner status with banks and financial institutions Customer Satisfaction Index Brand recall within the target segment Established Corporate Branding & Communication Processes Perks and benefits As per Industry best Practices
