1. Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients seeking premium and indulgent travel experiences.
2. Act as a personal travel advisor, understanding each clients preferences, travel history, and lifestyle.
3. Design, curate, and sell personalized travel itineraries including luxury hotels, private transfers, fine dining, wellness retreats, cruises, and cultural experiences.
4. Liaise with internal teams and premium suppliers (e.g., DMCs, airlines, concierge partners) to ensure flawless delivery.
5. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling and cross selling of indulgent upgrades (e.g., business class, private villas, experiences).
6. Upsell and enhance every trip with value-added services to maximize profitability.
7. Stay updated with global travel trends, new luxury destinations, exclusive partner offers, and seasonal promotions.
8. Provide insights to the product team for new indulgence packages.
9. Ensure top-tier customer experience and post-sales engagement, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
10. Handle last-minute requests, special occasions, and high-touch concierge needs with precision and discretion.
11. Represent the brand at luxury exhibitions, travel shows, and networking events.
12. Build strategic partnerships with embassies, lifestyle brands, and HNI networks
