Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Corporate Leasing to lead our leasing strategy and operations. The role involves spearheading corporate leasing initiatives, building strong relationships with key corporate clients, optimizing space utilization, and driving revenue through strategic leasing of commercial/retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute corporate leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Identify market trends, rental benchmarks, and emerging demand to guide leasing initiatives.
• Prepare annual leasing plans, forecasts, and performance targets.
• Business Development & Client Management
• Identify, target, and secure high-value corporate clients and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and agreements in alignment with company objectives.
• Operational Oversight
• Monitor leasing performance, tenant satisfaction, and space utilization.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and lease execution.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and lease policies.
• Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a team of leasing managers and executives.
• Set performance KPIs and ensure continuous training and development.
• Handling transaction and convert he lead into transaction and negotiation skills required
• Payment collection follow ups

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in commercial/corporate leasing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of closing large corporate deals and managing high-value portfolios.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of leasing laws, documentation, and commercial real estate trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹597,996.30 - ₹2,209,376.85 per year
