  • Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors to expand the company's project portfolio. 
  • Tender Management: Lead the tendering process, including the preparation and submission of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and awarding of contracts. 
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market demands, and potential clients, both in India and globally. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. 
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Financial Analysis: Assess the financial viability of potential projects, considering budgets, costs, and profitability
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals within the Business Development and Tendering Department.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry.
