Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Quarterly consolidated Accounts with MIS reconciliation

2. Annual consolidated Accounts (IndAS) with Notes

3. Managing Statutory Audit and Internal audit process

4. Reviewing the Accounts and ironing out the issues from time to time.

5. Providing Data, Reports, Analysis for Bankers, Investors.

6. Supporting CFO on various one-off issues

7. Managing the Direct Tax related activities

Preferred candidate profile

Age around 45 years
CA with knowledge and experience of IndAS accounting and accounting concepts
Experience in handling accounts of multi-vertical organizations.
Working experience on ERP Microsoft D 365 / SAP preferred.
Experience of dealing with Big 4 Audit firms preferred.
Strong inter-personal skills and ability to lead and Co-ordinate with multiple Accounts verticals.
Presentation skills for Reports and data.
