As a Manager at Autodesk, you will lead the BI and Data Engineering Team to develop and implement business intelligence solutions. Your role is crucial in empowering decision-makers through trusted data assets and scalable self-serve analytics. You will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, databases, and BI tools to support data-driven decision-making across the CTS organization. Reporting to the leader of the CTS Business Effectiveness department, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of data engineers and BI developers, fostering a collaborative team culture, managing data warehouse plans, ensuring data quality, and delivering impactful dashboards and data visualizations. Experience with workflow management, data transformation tools, and version control systems is preferred.
