Global Visa consultant - Operations

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries worldwide
• Handle tourist, business, student, work, and transit visa categories
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and authorized visa application centers (VFS, BLS, TLS, etc.)
• Ensure accurate documentation, application submission, and compliance with country-specific visa regulations
• Track visa applications and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams
• Manage appointment scheduling, biometric submissions, and interview requirements
• Maintain updated knowledge of global visa rules, processing timelines, and policy changes
• Handle bulk visa processing for corporate, group tours, and travel agents
• Resolve visa rejections, delays, and escalations with proper documentation and follow-ups
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer support teams
• Maintain visa MIS reports, performance metrics, and turnaround times
• Train and guide visa executives and branch teams on visa processes
• Improve operational efficiency and turnaround time (TAT) across global visa operations
