Job Description

Role Overview: As the Global Talent Pool Lead at our organization, you will be a key member of the Global Talent Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive global talent pool framework focused on developing and engaging high-potential talent across the organization. By establishing a robust leadership pipeline and preparing the workforce to meet the evolving demands of the electricity and energy sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's competitiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Create and drive a global strategy for retaining, engaging, and developing high-potential employees across all business units and functions. - Ensure alignment with the company's people strategy and maintain consistency with all Talent & Reward processes. - Design and deploy structured development journeys, learning experiences, and career acceleration initiatives that align with the company's growth strategy and competency needs. - Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to integrate talent pool strategies into broader people initiatives. - Develop and implement a communication plan to keep key governance stakeholders informed and aligned, including the HR Leadership Team. - Advocate for and support the talent pools framework by engaging stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective program branding and visibility. - Define success metrics and regularly report on talent pool health, progression, and impact on business outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. - Extensive experience in talent management, talent development, or HR coordination roles. - Experience in a global, matrixed organization is a strong advantage. - Proficiency with HR systems, data analytics tools, and virtual collaboration platforms. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior management and executives. - Proactive mindset with a passion for talent development and continuous improvement. - Proficiency in both oral and written English at a high level.,
