As an Admissions Sales Manager at the company located in Bangalore Jayanagar, your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales strategy and execution for the Japanese Language Training + Employment Placement Program. You will design monthly/quarterly KPI-driven targets, ensuring team-level achievement. Managing and coaching the admissions sales team will be crucial, including structured performance reviews and feedback loops. Your role will involve optimizing the full admissions pipeline from lead generation to enrollment using CRM tools. Additionally, you will standardize and enhance outreach methods, sales scripts, and engagement flows. Collaboration with Marketing and Placement teams is essential to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and program visibility. - Minimum 5 years of sales leadership or team management experience - Proven track record in managing KPI-based sales operations and achieving targets - Strong data-driven decision-making and process optimization skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional language proficiency is preferred - Interest in education, HR tech, or international placement industries Preferred Experience: - Background in B2C education/admissions, training programs, or human capital services - Hands-on experience deploying CRM or sales automation tools - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes,
