Global Supply Chain Documentation Assistant

Your Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager - Global Supply Chain Programme Manager, the primary scope of the role:

• Ensure records of suppliers and contractors are fully compliant with regulatory and Reckitt guidelines to minimize risk to consumers, the company, and the brand.
• Generate supplier evaluation packs to support supplier approval and ongoing supplier maintenance.
• Ensure quality technical agreements (QTAs) and all other supplier compliance documents are in place and within the required date.
• Manage supplier documentation, including QTAs and templates.
• Support the maintenance of the Raw and Packaging material supplier risk matrix and updates to the approved vendor list (AVL).
• Escalate instances where compliance verification gaps exist, partnering closely with procurement where supplier leverage is needed.
• Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to documentation compliance.
• Support sites within their area of responsibility on supplier quality audit queries related to documentation and compliance.
• Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

The Experience We're Looking For:

• Broad understanding of supplier management and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills to drive activities to successful resolution.
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline is desirable, but suitable experience will be considered.
• Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment (desirable).
• Internal / External audit experience (desirable).
