Responsibilities: - Information Research & Verification (Backend & Blended): Conduct in-depth research on provided details, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Cross-reference data with available documents, online portals, and search engines. Verify ID documents for authenticity, consistency, and compliance with regulations. - Detailed Investigation & Quality Control (Backend & Blended): Perform comprehensive checks before submitting cases to avoid errors or duplicates. Ensure thorough validation to maintain high-quality research standards. Follow internal and client-specific verification guidelines. - Supplier Portal & Report Submission (Backend & Blended): Accurately submit verified information on the supplier portal. Ensure proper documentation to fetch precise and relevant results. - Multi-Queue & Departmental Flexibility (Backend & Blended): Work across three backend processes and one blended (calling + backend) process. Adapt to different workflows and process transitions as per business needs. Open to working in rotational shifts to meet client and business requirements. Support global clients across different time zones. - Basic Country-Specific Research (Backend & Blended): Conduct online research to verify the availability of specific information in different countries. Identify country-specific regulations or restrictions related to data retrieval. - Communication & Stakeholder Interaction (Blended Process): Communicate with stakeholders professionally to validate information. Document findings accurately and ensure seamless backend integration. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification. - 2+ years of related work experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of word processing software, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. - Type 35 words per minute. - Independent and detail-oriented. - Ability to work under constant deadlines. - Teamwork-oriented attitude. - Patience, attentiveness, persuasion, and time management skills.
