Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales/Revenue Operations Analyst to unify data across multiple business systems and deliver clear, accurate insights that drive strategic decisions. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Data Engineering, and GTM teams to resolve data conflicts, maintain segment integrity, optimize reporting structures, and ensure data consistency across global platforms. You will support long-term scalability by improving data quality, documenting data flows, and developing reliable dashboards and analytics used across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate, reconcile, and analyze data across CRM, ERP, licensing, and partner platforms to deliver a unified, reliable view of business performance.
  • Investigate and resolve X-RTM data conflicts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global policies.
  • Translate business needs into clear data and reporting requirements; collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to build scalable solutions.
  • Validate segment integrity during annual planning by confirming non-overlapping segments, ensuring proper system setup (e.g., Anaplan), and aligning data across CRM and financial systems.
  • Support data hygiene initiatives through proactive audits, monitoring processes, and remediation efforts.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics that empower Sales, Finance, and GTM teams with actionable insights.
  • Document data flows, definitions, and logic to improve transparency, reproducibility, and long-term operational efficiency.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data deep dives to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.

Required Skill Set

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or similar data-focused roles.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency and expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, plus related GTM tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
  • Proven ability to integrate and reconcile data from fragmented systems and diagnose data inconsistencies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in global or cross-functional sales organizations.
  • Understanding of sales motions, segmentation, and go-to-market models (direct, partner, digital).
  • Exposure to process automation, workflow optimization, or data pipeline improvements.
