Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Sales (Exports) Specialist based in Noida. The role involves managing international sales operations, identifying new business opportunities in global markets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting export targets, and adhering to company sales strategies. The specialist will also serve as a representative of the brand, fostering trust and satisfaction with international customers, and coordinating logistics for smooth export operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders across global markets
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a demonstrated ability to achieve or surpass sales targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to strengthen team capabilities and ensure alignment with company goals
• Strong understanding of export regulations and processes with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in international business communication and negotiation
• Prior experience in global sales or export management is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
