Global - Repair Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the

  repair product portfolio

  across the complete lifecycle of textile machinery.
• Act as a

  central link

  between

  engineering, product development, marketing, and sales

  teams to ensure the right products are available at the right price and lead time.
• Conduct

  market research

  to identify customer needs, technology trends, and competitor capabilities.
• Develop and execute

  product roadmaps

  and lead

  new product introduction

  initiatives in the repair and aftermarket domain.
• Collaborate with

  global and regional teams

  to align product strategy, pricing, and delivery objectives.
• Support

  sales managers and service teams

  in identifying target customers, defining value propositions, and generating

  upselling opportunities

  in the aftermarket business.
• Assist the

  service engineering team

  in resolving machine issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving product reliability.
• Continuously monitor

  product performance

  and customer feedback to drive improvements and cost optimization.
• Ensure effective

  documentation, standardization, and training

  for repair products and processes.
