Role Overview: You will support the Global Product Group Quality Manager (GPG QM) for Insulation and Components (I&C) on various actions and initiatives aimed at improving the Quality performance of Insulation and Components product group across all factories. This role involves developing projects, monitoring Quality performance, ensuring key Quality processes are implemented, creating/updating Global Quality Documentation, developing Quality Management Systems, leading/supporting TOP Issues with 8D Approach, promoting Lessons Learned sharing, identifying opportunities for Digital Transformation, and upholding Hitachi Energy's core values. Key Responsibilities: - Develop projects and initiatives from the Quality Improvement Plan for Insulation and Components product lines - Monitor Quality monthly performance across factories and product lines - Ensure key Quality processes are fully implemented at the local level - Create and update I&C Global Quality Documentation - Develop Quality Management Systems for I&C product lines - Prepare and execute CPR Audits and ensure gap closure - Lead/support TOP Issues with 8D Approach for fast problem-solving - Promote Lessons Learned sharing and preparation of Quality Alerts - Identify opportunities for Digital Transformation in Quality Controls - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity Qualifications Required: - Engineering University degree, with Master of Science or equivalent - 5+ years of experience in bushings, Quality, Production, R&D, Design, or Manufacturing - 2+ years of experience in Quality - Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills - Proactive, open-minded, and interculturally open - Passion for self and others' development and change - Capacity to lead by influence - Customer-orientation and motivation for competitiveness improvements from Quality - Experience in Quality Audits, certification preferred - L6S certification preferred (Note: The additional details of the company have been omitted from the job description as they were not explicitly related to the job role.)
