Global Program Management Consultant - Medical Devices

As a member of the Biocon Biologics team, you will play a crucial role in driving projects related to Drug delivery devices. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving projects end to end for Drug delivery devices and ensuring that design control requirements are met. - Being accountable for budgeting the entire program and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to drive projects. - Maintaining tight control on program timelines and supporting management and leadership in program execution. - Proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks in projects. - Engaging in partner interactions as a significant aspect of the role. - Having exposure to market research and competitive intelligence is preferred. - Demonstrating proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project. - Evaluating New RFQ in detail to understand customer requirements and obtain necessary approvals for quote development. - Developing and updating project action trackers to monitor all action items related to each project. - Leading communications and meetings within and between departments in the plant. - Preparing detailed Capex for internal or proprietary projects. - Previous experience in mechanical medical device development is preferred but not mandatory. In terms of technical/functional skills, the ideal candidate should have: - Total Experience: 3 - 5 years - Experience in Medical device / Drug delivery systems is advantageous. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools. For this role, the required education qualification is: - Mechanical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering / Medical Technology Moreover, the ideal candidate should possess the following behavioral/management skills: - Being a team player - Having strong written and oral communication skills Please note that this role is not IT-related, and candidates with a core tech background may not be suitable for this position.,
